If I HAD to pick just one, then Vash from Trigun. But I also really like Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin.

Osaka and Chiyo-Chan from Azumanga Daioh! Osaka is just really spacey and does funny stuff while Chiyo is just plain cute. She's an elementary school kid in high school. Hilarity ensues
